Really unique the fact that it was so quiet. I loved that the rooms are not facing the street so you couldn’t hear any car. Small hotel with just the perfect amount of guests. Staff was so so friendly and the room just perfect. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Beautiful Stay

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was gorgeous, and the garden courtyard was extremely tranquil. The hotel is located a block away from the busier streets, making it a tad quieter and more relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife, newborn and I had a lovely time at casa Santa Rosa. Lovely place, great location but above all excellent service. We would love to come back and highly recommend a visit. Estiben and his team were excellent from start to finish and made our stay in Antigua very worthwhile.

We LOVE Casa Santa Rosa! It is a gorgeous and peaceful hotel, just far enough off the main streets to be quiet but close enough to walk everywhere in Antigua. The staff are always so kind and helpful. We plan to stay here every time we go to Antigua!

Located on the outer part of old Antigua on a beautiful tree lined street. The property has a few rooms and two lovely courtyards. Breakfast is ona open patio or on the lawn. Staff are friendly. They added two separate beds to our 2xdouble room so all 4 of us had our own beds.

Casa Santa Rosa is a lovely boutique hotel situated on an attractive quiet street walking distance to the many restaurants, sites, and events in the colonial city of Antigua. The staff is very warm, friendly, and efficient and goes the extra mile to accommodate guests. The breakfasts are delicious and perfectly sized. Our room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. The carefully landscaped grounds have lots of flowers and confortable sitting places. Casa Santa Rosa is the perfect oasis in a great city.

This property is very nice, the facilities are perfect, location is a few blocks from the center but quiet which was great. The staff is very kind and helpful in special Cristian gave us great tips for our trip and always was willing to help and make our stay confortable, great person who make us feel at home!!! Great place! You can walk to all the main areas from here but also are not in the middle of the main noise. It is a small boutique type of hotel and something important to note is they have good mattresses (many place do not). I would stay again.
