I loved this hotel. The rooms are simple but full of character. The beds, bedding and towels are fantastic. The public areas are amazing and I’m really going to miss that breakfast.

Pros: Hotel was ok and place clean. Best thing was staff which was super friendly. Nice rooftop terrace Good free breakfast choices CONS Simple room *No ventilation and small window. *Room was excessively hot. *Parking located 2 blocks away. *Wasnt expensive ($90 dbl room) but there are better deals around and they wanted to charge extra for 8yr old child when booking page cleary states "children under 10 stay free when occupying room with parents and using existing bedding"

We enjoyed our stay. My parents on the other hand did not have such a good experience. Their bed was very wabbly, we approached the front desk next morning since we stayed 2 nights and asked to change rooms. When we came back they never made any changes or said anything why they were not able to change room. Other than that we loved our stay. The breakfast experienced was amazing! While we were having breakfast the waiter and waitress approached us to let us know the volcano was erupting and the service was top!!!

The staff would not stop the other guests from basically partying until 1am then up again at 6am screaming and yelling in the hotel courtyard. This excited and is extremely loud. Also we reserved a private dinner and became aside show for the guests to look at and stand in front of our table and talk on the phone. This was our honeymoon. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the stay

This property was beautiful period the room is really accommodated. A family of 4 period it was spacious. Everyone had room for their belongings period we did not feel cramped at all period the bathroom was also very big and spacious. Appreciated the convenience of the hot and cold water at this location. Period the staff was also very kind and always helpful period the breakfast area where they serve also dinner was beautiful and had amazing views period the way that breakfast is included really was helpful and the food selection was had a wide variety. Period uh, we did walk to several shops outside of the hotel period he could really find anything in in that location period Landmarks that we went to go see or within walk range, and it didn't take as long to get there period we really enjoyed our stay here and we'll book again in the future. Period we'll also be recommending this location to family and friends
