Great for the price, loved coffee/water station

This was our most economical stay during a recent trip to Guatemala, and it was great for the price! We had a clean comfortable room with 4 beds and a mini-fridge. Shower was great and internet worked pretty well. We loved having the tables on the balcony and the always stocked coffee/tea/water station in the hallway was awesome!

The property was in a central location in Antigua, with the rooms being nice overall. I enjoyed my stay there. The only downsides is that the room was a bit dated, with housekeeping only doing its rounds after 4 pm.

Staff was terrific from our first contact, to arranging transport, and always making us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and well cared for. Appreciated the mini-refrgerator too.

I enjoy staying there the only down side was no parking area you are lucky if you find a parking place out on the same street .

This is a very nice good quality hotel, very nice kept and extremely helpful front desk service. Only downside is that room walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms.

Nice and clean hotel

Very clean and roomy bathroom. Comfortable beds as well. I picked it because of reasonable price with private bathroom and I was not disappointed. Hotel is only 3 blocks away from the center of Antigua. If you need a room just to spend the night or to rest, this hotel will work out.

There is no air conditioning and the ceiling fan was very high so we weren’t able to turn it on and the room was extremely hot. There was no mini fridge, safe box, or room phone. They did not leave enough towels for all us so we had to go to reception to ask for them, They also don’t have restaurant service. We won’t be staying there again.

Just a big room

Very cute hotel, but the walls are super thin. The hotel has quiet hours, but the neighborhood does not. The parties last through the night. Also, the amenities listed for the hotel, like breakfast and spa, are NOT AT THE HOTEL, they are across town. It was all rather disappointing.

The property was located in a convienent area. Coffee was always available and there were nice places outside to sit and talk. Howoever when there was an issue reception convNoeniently forgot how to speak English. The rooms had a vent that was pouring out some white stuff which made one of the guests sick. We do not know what it was for all we could find out it might have been toxic. Noise was terrible. Children running an screaming until after midnight. Music loud and obnoxious all weekend long. I will not stay there again.
