Beautiful hotel with all the amenities, great food, great view of the 'Volcan de Agua' and surrounding areas! The staff and service were excellent! Everybody was so kind and courteous and attentive to every detail. Just wished, my husband and I, would have got 2 keys to our room, but would definitely stay there again.

Loved staying in this hotel! Looks antique, beautiful and has all modern facilities. Price is reasonable for the overall experience and on par with other similar hotels.   Hospitality: Hotel staff (especially Jennifer and Alfonso at the front desk, manager Rosa Maria) are very friendly, courteous and always available to help. They were promptly communicating with me on WhatsApp even before my stay.   Rooms and restaurant: Rooms are clean and spacious. Has it's own restaurant and food is tasty. Breakfast is included and is good. Also, has room service, which is prompt. Didn't notice any noise/disturbances. I stayed in the premium suite.   Spa: Hotel has it's own private spa, which looks serene. If you book a jacuzzi, then the spa entry is entirely reserved for you for your time to maintain privacy. Only downside is the spa service - massage wasn't the great, probably because they just hired new masseuses. Some of the advertised massages aren't available either for the same reason.   Location: Perfect! Very close (walkable) to parque central and tourist attractions in the city. Noise level is low. Also, seemed safe to walk around late in the night.   Would definitely stay here again.

Location was right and not far from the center of action, shopping, and historic areas. I strongly recommend this hotel, for any short stay. Is a boutique hotel not a long stay one.

The staff in the hotel were responsive and quite helpful when answering our questions. The hotel is quite lovely and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. On a somewhat busy street but once inside you don’t notice the street noise. The breakfasts were authentic and delicious. Great coffee! Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
