Although the staff was nice and my original room had a leak so they did help me and put me in a new room.. the blankets were full of cigarette burn holes and it was kinda dirty.

It was a nice and easy stay. Not much I can say since I arrived late and left early, but it was a quiet and convenient hotel for an overnight stay.

Property needs a lot of maintenance. Blinds were broken, restroom door handle broken, unable to lock the restroom door, elevator button on 3rd floor doesn't work and looks like it's been broken for some time, etc. The staff was just ok, the lady who helped me with the check in, really helpful, the guy at check out was on his phone the whole time. Even though there's a lot of needed maintenance, the place was clean.

Please don’t make anticipating reservations and use your debit/credit card, if you have an emergency and need to cancel, the personal and the manager of the Hotel don’t understand your emergency and charge you the total of the reservation in advance you did.

This was my 2nd time visiting the property. I hope and pray that there will be a 3rd visit. The only thing I wished they had more than 2 ADA rooms to choose from.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated them helping me with my booking. However, I didn’t realize that this was more of a motel. In the lobby, a young lady had a full meltdown about someone taking her things such that she was screaming at the staff and threatening to burn the building down. I felt for the staff having to deal with it. I also felt for the young lady whose belongings went missing. Unsure what happened there. I finished my check in and went to my room. I immediately noticed the room was lightly swept but not mopped or any detail cleaning. There was dried up spot where someone spilled something near the kitchenette sink. There was a roach by the mini fridge, the pillow cases had dirt spots on them, the walls were unclean with damage, and the bed board was filthy as though no one has ever wiped it down. I wish I had just slept in my rental car. The walls are paper thin and the hallways smell of marijuana. I wouldn’t stay at this Hotel/Motel in antioch or anywhere again.

Rooms were dirty and looked very old fashioned toilet seat was broken, floor was sticky my shoes would stick to the floor. Just bad, do not recommend. We booked 7 rooms and all had issues.

Hotel was good one problem I had to pay direct to the hotel because according to the hotel clerk you(Xpedia)took the money from the reservation’s back so he had to call you guys to fixed the problem you cost.not happy with With Xperia?

Poor excuse for a continental breakfast. Had coffee, a few slices of bread with nothing to put on it. Remnants of cold cereal, but no milk. Really a joke. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise "breakfast included with your stay"

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice! Unfortunately the room was dirty. The toilet seat, bath tub, bathroom sink, and other areas of the room were visibly dirty. There was no shampoo or body soap. The sheets and towels were clean but visibly stained. The tv wasn’t functioning until I realized the hdmi cord was not plugged into the tv.

I waited 45 minutes to get checked in. By the time someone showed up there was no apology for the wait. Had my payment been redeemable I would have left. There were holes in the walls, the blinds were broken and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

NOTHING!!!!! Worst place to consider staying. I reserved two rooms. Room 1 bed sheets were dirty, not one bed but BOTH. The rack in the closet just missed smacking me in the face and bonking me in the head with the iron. Literally it was being held by 1 screw. The toilet seat was zip tied on one side. No tissue/soap in the room. Used roll of toilet paper left on bathroom rack. Room 2 there was a hole in the wall, arm chair was dirty, & rack in closet also fell in that room too. Heat and AC did not work at all. Very disappointing. I paid $100 for each room, and it was not worth it at all. I did complain to the front desk, and no accommodations were made, he should have comped both my rooms.

There was nothing in the bathroom. No soap, shampoo, lotion, No Kleenex in the holder. No extra toilet paper. On the roll was a quarter left of the toilet paper. The floor was dirty. The light in the shower was burned out.The coffee table had a ceramic top that was broken into three pieces. You could lift the pieces out. Someone had burnt some thing in the microwave so there was burn marks all over the inside of the microwave and it smelt like burnt popcorn. The refrigerator sounded like someone snoring so I had to unplug it and put my food back in my cooler. There was at least a 1 inch gap all around the door so the light shined in all night. You could hear people talking, doors opening and closing. I could hear the people above me. Outside window was a tall fence about two feet away with trash cans and the screen was bent like someone tried to break in.I wouldn’t even take my shoes off when walking around in the room. The pillows looked like they were MANY years old.I wouldn’t even call them pillows. It was more like sleeping on rolled up towels.They were disgusting. I cranked up the heat because I didn’t want any of the sheets touching me. Room so dirty. I had to check the mattress for bedbugs. Never done that before. Breakfast consisted of a choice of three small bagels, one cream cheese packet, sliced bread, butter, coffee, five creamers, one bear claw, Frosted Flakes and milk.Started at 7a.I got there 7:15. Nothing refilled ever. Very bad experience
