The bed type description for each room MUST be changed. It says for a room type with view, there is an option for either king bed OR two twin beds. So I paid extra and even messages the property requesting explicitly for twin beds. But during check-in, I was told that there is no room with view with twin beds. So I wasted extra money for nothing. It’s ridiculous how misleading bed type descriptions are and how there is no communication between Expedia and the property.

Superb breakfast. Staff of highest quality. Next to railway station. Alas the 'free' drink for their 'green' initiative only covers unexciting beer, despite promotion suggesting otherwise.

Modern hotel with beautifully finished interior, which is conveniently located next to the central railway station. The rooms are quiet and have large comfortable beds. I would recommend the varied breakfast, which is served in a wonderful spacious double-height room.

Staff lovely. As often happens we booked a room with a ‘seating area’ , as we were staying for five days when the weather could not be guaranteed! Sadly the seating area consisted of a desk chair and one additional chair in a room which really did not have space for the additional chair. I am always disappointed when hotels advertise a seating ‘area’ but really just mean one comfortable chair in a room for two people. As we do not like using the bed in our clothes, we were not exactly comfortable during rainy afternoons. Other than that the hotel was clean, staff lovely and hotel well located.

Their green initiative (no room service) offers a free drink in bar. This used to cover all beers. On last two stays it is now restricted to Stella if beer. Alas I'm involved with beer tourism and offering such a multinational brand is something of an insult! And made worse by front desk staff and promotion suggesting it is any beer, which is untrue. NH computer system is dysfunctional. Although this possibly means more interaction with the staff who are always excellent! Impressive buffet breakfast. The location next to station but within striking distance of the city centre is perfect.

A pretty disappointing property for NH, which I've come to expect a standard of excellence from. This hotel seems to have stopped caring about details. My "premiere room with view" was small and dark, and overlooked train tracks across a dingy road.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Love their skip room service and get a beer option as it saves the environment (the excessive cleaning) and is a win win for client and hotel. Location is excellent and the hotel is top class!

No hot water on second day of stay meant myself and my partner had to spend the day in the city dirty. Room was a bit noisy due to location on main road and also straight across the corridor from the breakfast room and lifts. Safe in room didn’t work had to contact reception to fix. Could be a great hotel but lack of attention to detail lets it down.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the parking garage is easy to access. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a voucher for a free drink in the bar for each day you don't use housekeeping.. but the problem is that the bar never seemed to be open! The one night we got back around 10.30 and decided to have a nightcap and we couldn't get served as they were closing. This is a hotel bar on a Friday night in a major city! As it's next to the station sometimes late in the evening there are some 'characters' hanging around in the street outside. Other than this we enjoyed our stay in this lovely city.

This is a second stay in an NH Collection hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The location was great, the room was perfect and overall the hotel was excellent and I would recommend it. The only issue was my booking from Expedia hadn’t come through to the hotel but they were great and sorted it out quickly.

This is a beautiful hotel a short walk from the central train station. Check in was easy, the staff helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is in the diamond district and a little farther from the historical section than I would have liked. It's still walkable or you can take a bus. We ate in the restaurant. The menu is limited but what we ordered was delicious! I would stay there again.

My computer a new MacBook Pro was completely damaged by connecting it to the plug in the room. There was a total blackout in my room due to the electricity problem and not only they had to change me from the room, but also damaged my computer and hotel has not answered to be responsible of my computer loss!! I had a week of meetings in Antwerp and was not able to use my computer and work from the phone. Still expecting management to do something about it .
