The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you.

The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!

Hotel was near jetty and was suitable to go islands hopping anytime. Nearby shopping mall and night market. Booked family room and was surprised the room was big. Breakfast spread was impressive. The seaview from the swimming pool was great too. Will definitely go back again.

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

Property is in the city centre and above a shopping mall. The coordinator (Rose) is very responsive.

Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. Just the toilet kinda small & not much facilities

Room quite big, good for 2 or more pax. Walls have stain, but other facilities and bed sheet, towels are fine.

Good location and reseonable price. Walking distance to Sunday Market and shopping centre.

Allowed to leave luggage before going for Mt. Kinabula climb and room already ready (with luggage inside) on return. No drinking water and amenities limited in room. Cable TV indicated in Hotets.com is limited to local free channels only - very poor signal. Hotel on 3rd floor and heavy luggage will be a problem. Room is spacious.
