"The room was very clean and cozy, the beds are amazingly comfortable (it’s hard to even get up because your body just wants to assimilate into the mattress lol). Parking is great right outside the door (which is amazing to be honest). The hotel is right next to the highway so no complicated roads to go anywhere and the view of the Malinche mountain is gorgeous, and the staff is great and very friendly. Overall a very positive experience and I 100% do recommend. "

"La habitación relax incluye una silla de masajes, me gusto que nos dan bebidas de cortesía, hay videojuegos y computadoras para los niños, billar y futbolito para los adultos. La alberca es pequeña, pero el agua es templada. fuimos en semana santa y el agua estaba un poco sucia, pero supongo que era por que habia mucha gente. El staff en general fue amable, solamente el encargado del bar andaba de malas, pero igual y por que habia demasiada gente. El buffete de desayuno esta muy bien. "

"The hotel was cute and very clean. Hot water is only available at certain times of the day but it is posted so you can plan ahead if you want a hot shower. My biggest disappointment was that the restaurant is now closed. A nice touch would be for the lobby to offer coffee and tea in the morning, as the nearest coffee is a 10 minute walk and nothing opens until 8am"
