I had a lovely stay at Cloud 7 in Aqaba. The hotel was clean and located in the perfect area—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to the heart of the city’s culture. My room was comfortable and practical, with everything I needed. The staff were all friendly, and I especially want to thank the gentleman who helped me with my bag and guided me to my room—he went above and beyond in making me feel welcome and looked after, even helping me get familiar with the area. Would definitely stay again!

We thought its super nice at the beginning as we got upgraded from duplex one room to a duplex of two rooms however the heating in all rooms wasn't working (Dec 4th winter) up until we called the maintenance guy, also the water in the small room was disgusting it was mixed with white maybe sand and in the master room the bathroom was super smelly where the ventilation wasn't working and the sewage in the shower you can never use it because of the smell, the bathtub wasn't able to hold any amount of water so we couldn't relax if we wanted, anyhow we got the AC working on both Heat and cold yet the water was never fixed so we had to keep the water running for sometime so that the white foggy water is almost gone and the Terrace was not clean as the cleaner claimed (maybe they said that to kinda get a tip) and whenever I tried to communicate with the front desk (Friday morning shift) they were anything beside a front desk I would say a back office accountants not smiling not hospitable and just wanted to get rid of us on the other hand I would just really tip the concierge, the security guy and the valet those were the nicest and for the restaurant 7attouteh where we had our breakfast the hospitality was nice but the owner didn't like when we paid in a credit card and on the second day we kept calling them for a delivery but no response.. the bathroom beside apartment main door needed to be unclogged because it flooded water. **Won't recommend it to anyone**

My stay at Cloud 7 Aqaba was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was clean and safe, the physical condition of the property left something to be desired. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and local amenities. The staff were always on hand to assist with any queries or requests, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. However, a few issues with the property itself detracted from the experience. The shower box door had a persistent leak, which was inconvenient and messy. Additionally, the dishwasher was not working, requiring manual cleaning of dishes. A couple of cabinets were also broken, which could have been easily fixed. Despite these minor drawbacks, Cloud 7 Aqaba remains a promising destination with great potential. With a few improvements to the property's maintenance, it could easily elevate its overall rating.

Wow! Modern, clean, luxury. Access to a gorgeous pool and beach. Ayla is a new and beautiful shopping plaza with great restaurants (highly recommend Mirchi). I want to stay longer!
