this is classic decorated hotel well maintained and furnished. has private beach access but in this area beach is not as good as Tala Bay. water sport guy on site is honest and reasonable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and wanted to express my deep appreciation for the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The spa and animation teams, in particular, went above and beyond to make my visit truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The animation team's enthusiasm and creativity added so much fun to my stay, making sure my kids were having the most fun possible, there was never a dull moment. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything they did. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. This hotel truly shines because of its wonderful staff, and I'll definitely be returning for another delightful experience.

Hotellet trænger i den grad til en opdatering, specielt værelserne er gamle umoderne møbler der slet ikke lever op til den pris de tager for det. Generelt mangler der øje for detaljen på alt. God liggestole på stranden og god pool, super lækkert med små kølebokse. Stort udvalg til morgenmaden.

It was a lovely location in walking distance to downtown Aqaba. The hotel was beautiful and everyone there was so helpful and friendly. When I found the pillows too soft they exchanged them for firmer pillows with a smile. The only improvement I can suggest (on the eco friendly side) is to perhaps replace the plastic straws with paper ones to cut down even further on single use plastic. We sometimes sat on our balcony with a cup of coffee at day break and noticed how hard the staff were working to make sure the garden, pool and beach areas were spotless. The hotel was a great base for exploring the area with many great excursion options on offer.

Lovely place, lovely people.
Very accommodating hotel who were able to offer early check in and allowed use of facilities after check out. We had to ask for bed to be made up and more towels, teabags, cups etc as there was two adults and two kids in room, but they responded promptly.

Bad experience during check in! The receiption staff didn't give me the room key because I have an extra guest (one baby less than one year). He told me we will cancel your nonrefundable reservation accoording to the hotel policy, or you have to kick your baby out of the hotel to receive the room, or you have to upgrade your reservation for seaview suit. So, I upgraded my reservation, then I received the suit at 3:40 pm. Everything else is excellent.
