"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"We booked the premium sea view apartment with a hot tub. It was stunning. Facilities were great, wine and coffee upon arrival which was a lovely gesture. Finding the apartment wasn’t easy. Enhanced signage could be used to complement the map that is provided. Limited encounters with staff, check in was via key box. I won’t mark down for lack of air con because we knew that before booking. If we stayed longer, we would’ve hired an aircon unit. The property gets very hot and 3 fans didn’t quite suffice for 2 people. The hot tub was amazing, so too was the table tennis table and lounge area. The weather was overcast so we didn’t get to experience too many sunsets but I can imagine how spectacular they would’ve been from the apartment terrace. The WiFi was strong, tv didn’t work properly but we weren’t fussed about that - didn’t go on holiday to watch tv. Access is via a pretty steep ramp, be prepared for that incline! Location was great, bars, cafes and supermarket nearby, so too is aqualand. We used the electric scooters to get to the sea front which was fun and affordable. Taxis frequently pass by, so connectivity is effortless. Visited in September and the area was so peaceful, no noise at all. Lovely and calm. We would highly recommend staying here."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."

"It was really clean, the room service was perfect. Great food, spacioues rooms. I really liked the rooms, very comfortable. There were two negative points as well: The stuff around the pool and bar did not speak English well, so communication was really hard. Also there was construction inside the hotel making noise during day."
