"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel having also stayed for a week last year in Sept too. We had a brilliant experience first time and equally as good this time too. We absolutely love staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The breakfast is delicious with everything you can think of to eat, so much choice !! The pool is lovely and the staff so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is so good being right on the sea front close to lovely restaurants, bars, beach etc and just a 10 min walk away from the brilliant Siam Park that you must go to as it’s fantastic !! As I’ve already said we highly recommend the Dreams Jardín and will definitely be coming back next year !! Love it !!!"
"I couldn’t find a fault in this place it has everything a good British holidaymaker could want. Air conditioning, private large balcony with cushioned loungers, a refreshing pool, bars and restaurants on site. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more. "

The only caveat is the uphill walk—so if you’re venturing out on foot, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, the views and surroundings make it worth every step.

You can leave your luggage safely, enjoy a final dip in the swimming pool, and even freshen up in a courtesy room with clean towels before heading off. "Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side."
