Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "Im großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren im Gästehaus untergebracht, unser Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon der bepflanzt und mit Möbeln ausgestattet war. Für das Frühstück musste man ein Stück die Straße hinunter ins Haupthaus. Dieses war sehr frisch und zweckmäßig. Die Frühstücksdame und ihre Helferin waren sehr bemüht und mega nett 👍👍👍 Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt an der Mosel, im Weinberg und nach Cochem kann man laufen wenn man gut zu Fuß ist...

"The rooms were a nice size with a well kept private bathroom. It was pretty warm when we entered, but cooled off after opening the windows for a while. Thankfully it was a little cool outside. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful."
