"The hotel is nice, very good location, clean and tidy. The staff is a bit difficult. We had some problems checking in; we paid twice for some water we took from the room's minibar, and the staff, looking at the payment receipt from the app, forced us to pay again. They weren't at all helpful and were very rude."

Wifi pas toujours bon, la télé se déconnectait souvent du wifi."

They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up.
