"Please note this hotel is on a third floor of a building. There is no ground floor. You will need to go up 3 flights of stairs to reach the hotel floor. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing and when I reached out to the hotel about it they offered no apologies or resolution. They left my messages on read and my mother and I had to stay somewhere else."

Excellent Hotel. Great Location on the Gran Via. Quiet and cool lobby located just next to Victoria’s Secret. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious and clean and everything works well. Walking distance to the sights. Jogging distance to the parks - El Retiro, Parc del Oueste. Roof top bar has a nice ambience and view. Only downside is Lift is small and there is only one. Enjoyed the stay.

Front desk staff was very helpful with booking taxis for my family & I since we had a 4yo and infant. Also love how fuss free the airport shuttle was. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay especially if you have an early flight out of Madrid.

Amazing location in close vicinity of tapas bars, art district, museums! Very clean and spacious room. Tastefully done interiors. Stayed for three nights and nothing to worry about. Helpful staff.

Nice location. The metro station is exactly next to the hotel building. McDonald's and Burger King nearby. The Palace is in walkable distance. Room is spacious. Easy to manipulate two 28" luggages at the same time. Adequate amount of food for breakfast. Good service.
