"Staff were superb. Breakfast was beyond expectation. The hotel was spotless and my room was great. It was in the PERFECT spot (several of the processions stopped directly in front). I was traveling solo and felt very safe in the area (and, honestly, everywhere I went). If you are on the fence, do it!"

"Estuve hospedado 1 semana. Pésimo servicio al cliente. El personal no atiende a los clientes como se debe. Tuve unos cargos por unos desayunos que no consumí y quedaron de arreglar la situación, sin embargo nunca lo hicieron. Hablé en persona y directo con una “Manager” y quedó de resolver, son embargo no hizo nada. Hice el check out y el personal simplemente no atendió la situación. Al llamar por teléfono me indicaron que no tenían tiempo para atenderme. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN. NO PODRÍA SER PEOR. "
