The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their help in arranging an early check-in, which made my arrival so much easier and more comfortable. The accommodation was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its convenient location. It is very accessible and well connected to many attractions, restaurants, shops, and other places around Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hotel 101 Madrid to anyone visiting Madrid."
