Beautiful room. Terrible bathroom situation - so smelly, they need their plumbing redone. Smelt like piss all the time and the showers didn’t have warm or hot water, stayed two days only had one shower because didn’t want to spend time in smelly cold shower bathroom! Good location though, right in the centre so easy to get to prominent places

This is a budget hotel nothing more nothing less. A few issues where the fan in the room didnot work, the front desk at 4pm had one person working and 8/9 guest trying to check in, It was a nightmare trying to book into a prepaid room.

La habitación tiene lo necesario para descansar perp.le hace fsñta un mejor aire acondicionado ya que solo entra el aire por rendijas que el hotel desde control central te da. Pase calor en la habitación por las noches ya que el calor de verano es muy fuerte en Madrid

The hotel is in the city center surrounding numerous eating and shopping stores, and closes to transportations and tourist attractions. There are all private rooms, clean and comfort, with more than needed bathrooms/showers, kitchens and washing machines.

Nothing unique about the property but it was surrounded by very good entertainment in the park. Of like, not too far from the museum to walk, everything was in walking distance. I like the area.

Este hotel es horrible. Una experiencia fatal. Los baños sucios y muy apestosos. Se fue el agua y no hubo un plan para resolver con tan siquiera una botella de agua. La habitación llena de mucho polvo y los enchufes de electricidad dañados para cargar los celulares. En fin, una terrible experiencia. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Excelente ubicacion en La Gran Via. Cerca de todo. Precio calidad razonable. Las habitaciones son lo justo y lo necesario para pasar una o dos noches. Tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación pero dicen que no funciona. Para el control del ventilador te piden un deposito de 10 euros que te lo devuelven cuando devolves el control. La persona que esta en la madrugada no es la más simpatica de todas. El chico de la recepcion de la mañana 10/10. Los baños los limpian una vez al dia (por la mañana) el resto del dia los vi sucios. Depende muchísimo quien te toque en el piso para que la limpieza de los baños se mantenga. Se nota que es un edificio viejo que le estan dando su mantenimiento
