Room was basic but the bed was comfy. There was no sound-proofing so it could be very loud in the mornings. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was okay but I expected better. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Location was good.

The hotel is very well maintained, the staff is very friendly and also has a great breakfast. The hotel is located in a very centric location and close to metro and trains stations. The surroundings feel quite safe.

Location is fantastic. Right next to Atocha train station. Remember, Madrid is a bustling hub and an ancient city… the hotel is showing its age and the fit and finish of room amenities and floor tiles on main stairs is evident. Elevators are small. 4 people and luggage tops. Staff are friendly and kind. If you like to walk, you can get to Plaza Mayor and Park de les Restito easily AND find gems along the way.

Bed was comfortable, hotel is clean, some tiles on the stairs has loose tile, an easy fix they shoul be fix because the tiles are beautiful, the hotel need some cosmetic fix but over all the location is great near to metro station train. Ambience is nice great places tibeat walkable distance
