"The room cleaning was good; however—despite our repeated reports—the sink remained clogged and the mattresses were extremely hard. When it came time to check out, we had to stand in line because there was absolutely no organization at the front desk regarding this process, with guests checking in and checking out all at the same time. Everything was also extremely expensive. My experience was not good at all."

"The rooms were compact but the bathroom had a nice sized bathroom. The bed was ok but memory foam as were the pillows. That’s not my taste but there were regular pillows available in the cupboard. The location was excellent. The pool is an unheated plunge pool. The pictures make it much bigger. The did have a lifeguard on duty full time. "
