The lovely women at the front desk, the young gentlemen who took care of luggage and arranging taxis, the waitstaff in the breakfast room and restaurant and the maids and cleaning staff could not have been better. Hotel Regina was a super positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

Staff were very good and well-informed. But when amenities are minimal it’s a frustration if one of them, like the television for example, doesn’t work! "
