Hotels near Madrid Planetarium

"This is a very clean, boutique Hard Rock Hotel. It is smaller than other locations, however the staff, decor and the fact you can borrow a guitar during your visit makes this a memorable stay. The food was good, shops are approx 15mins walk away, the main Atocha train station is close by. The gym was a little underwhelming, but we walked so much of the city that we probably would never had made it for a session anyway! The rooftop bar had an excellent vibe, staff very attentive and excellent customer service. Extra shoutout to the Guest Experience team who went out their way to make my daughter's 21st bday special: we had some lovely sweet treats to enjoy. The team also helped booking a fabulous Flamenco show which we would highly recommend. Overall this was a 10/10 for Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Thank you! "

"While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. We took advantage of Online Check-in and received free coffee, tea and soda during our stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train station or Prado. Just around the corner from Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens, Retiro Park."

"Hotel is close to the metro and bus stop which is a big plus! However, There's not that many choices in restaurants nearby. Our room was tiny, bed is not that comfortable such that my husband and I woke up with back pains. There was a space to hang clothes that's it, there are no drawers, no safe, no ref. We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases and store under the bed. The room is clean. Breakfast is adequate."

"Hotel is dated but looks well maintained and seems to cater mainly for groups which is very apparent at breakfast times and reception area. Breakfast was plentiful with healthy options. Rooms are fine and clean. The biggest issue is a complete lack of any soundproofing between rooms & corridors, leading to very little sleep. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the train station as I was in Madrid only as a base for visiting other cities."

"The hotel was spotless, rooms comfortable, staff extremely helpful and breakfast just right to get us on our way. The neighbourhood was quiet with lots of places to eat and drink and the hotel was located near the train and metro stations. Highly recommended. "

"Overall, my stay at the property was great. First the good things, the location is good close to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at. "
