Lovely hotel but despite having a quiet room, noise was an issue. The room had a locked ajoining door to another room which at 3am had a noisy guest talking on their phone after a night out. TV had a poor signal and coffee machine didnt work. That said, staff were great, hotel beautiful but just spoilt by an inconsiderate guest.

Excellent family stay in center of Madrid. Hotel was quiet despite being centrally located. They accommodated our early check in requests and beds were very comfortable and air conditioning was very effective in Madrid heat.
