The online check-in didn’t work in my case, and the room access code didn’t work, so we had to get a key. Overall the property was excellent. I would choose Bob in my next vacation.

Super clean, very nicely appointed, comfortable bedroom kitchen, including washing machine. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Elevator or stair access. Lockers on ground floor if you are checking out and need to leave your baggage for later departure. Great location: building is on a main street 15 minute walk from main train station or Reina Sofia museum. Prado and Thyssen Bornemisza just a little farther north. Highly recommend Carmencita Brunch Lavapies nearby. Also highly recommend Los Porfiados for dinner.

Room was very comfortable. Great shower and other facilities. Remote check in is not straightforward particularly without data access on my phone, lack of signage, language issues and after 26 hours on the plane. If I'd understood this at the time of booking, I would have probably stayed elsewhere. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. From location, to decoration, space, cleanliness, and the cool things that you don’t see anywhere else (camera, cell phone chargers, big towels, liquid soap, etc). Highly recommended and will come back to this place if back to Madrid. It seems that they have a lot of properties
