The hotel is in a fantastic location. We had a view looking over Plaza del Sol which provided great entertainment. The staff in the hotel were top notch. Food in the restaurant was good though the breakfast was average. Would definitely stay again.

This property is in the most amazing location. It is city center-literally. The Plaza it is on is the literal center of Spain. We walked one way 20 min and the other 20 min and covered the major attractions easily. We didn’t have any problems with noise, even having a window on the plaza. The breakfast was incredible. The staff was very helpful with our parking and location of parking.

Hotel Europa is right on the Puerto de Sol, the heart of the city. Location is its top asset, but it also has a good cafe/restaurant, and friendly staff. Our room looked as if it were recently renovated. We had an enjoyable 3 night stay.

A wonderful place to stay, centrally located, right in a large Plaza. Multiple restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. Close to several tourist attractions, many of which were in walking distance. Very clean, with a decent buffet breakfast. My only complaint was that there was no attempt made to allow us into the room prior to 3:00 PM (although they did hold our luggage so that we could explore the neighborhood).
