"Hotel was very central. Room was lovely and rooftop pool and bar were great. The only disappointment was the staff werenā€™t particularly helpful on the front desk, especially as there was a lot of travel disruption with a parade and protest going on, no acknowledgement of this, no option offered for breakfast, maps, reservations, or general hospitality, which was a real shame for a 4 star hotel"
