Ubicación excelente para llegar a las principales atracciones turísticas. Lo que no me agradó es que hay unas calles por la parte de atrás del hotel que me parecieron muy sucias y vimos varios homeless.

When we checked in, the host Maria was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome, well-informed, and taken care of. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The location was amazing too - right in the heart of Madrid, close to all the main attractions. And the Sky lounge on the rooftop was the cherry on top - our evenings were incredible! We’d definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Madrid. Thanks a bunch!

Our stay was exceptional. The property was modern & beautiful. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location was very walkable, just minutes from the Royal Palace. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful room with usb points. Comfortable beds, and housekeeping impeccable. Plenty of food options,I personally never tried the food at the hotel so can’t really comment.
