Under construction. Had to park and walk 2 blocks with all our luggage and then go up a flight of stairs just to check in. Rooms were reduced and had columns in the middle of the room or next to window. Bathrooms were closed off by a curtain and the shower are is closed off by transparent glass. This used to be the best hotel in Zaragoza. Now everything about it screams ā€œCHEAPā€.

We arrived very late but that was not a problem because there is 24hr Front Desk Manager who was very helpful. We only stayed one night and this hotel property was perfect for what we needed. All staff and management at the front reception were polite and extremely helpful with any requests eg booking multiple taxis during our stay. Muchos gracias šŸ™
