No struggle with the aircon. Staff super hospitable, friendly, accessible, and helpful with directions and recommendations. Ask for Carlos. Dining room fine. Good restaurants nearby too. We ate at both. "

Super location; 5-30 minute walking distance to local historic centers and good/excellent street restaurants everywhere. “Time Out Market” 35 min walk; Food Heaven. All the daily tour will pick you up at the front lobby. Easy bus ride from exit doors to hotel. Stop by the local supermarket; everything is fresh, 6 pack water around 1.3 Euros and sweet, crispy apples, 8 for 1.5 Euros."

"Power outlets not safe. Very dirty and old. Staff not friendly and helpful except for 1 older staff member that helped us. Parking was not explained we were locked in and had to get to the airport. Do not stay here. Power outlet not secure and blew up my European hair dryer. Much better options out there. Extremely disappointment, especially since this is a Holiday Inn! Needs to be gutted and renovated. "
