We were given the wrong room type but once I asked about the city view, the front desk was quick to change our room to the correct type. It was a big room but no kettle or cups in the room. Be careful when getting out of your car as we had a close encounter with a coyote. It was fine but a bit scary. Lots of variety at breakfast. It’s worth the upgrade to pay for the city view!

Beautiful hotel on top of a hill which gives a spectacular view of the village of Piódão. The hotel lobby is spacious. The room is clean, albeit old. There’s a trail which goes direct to the village. Buffet breakfast and dinner was really good. Because of covid, staff gave the food you selected to you. The buffet table is cordoned off.

Hôtel bien positionné, spacieux avec un grand parking et calme. Grande chambre avec une bonne literie. Salle de bain devrait être rénovée, car très vieillotte avec éléments cassés, non remplacés, et pas très propre. Les souhaits demandés lors de la réservation ne sont pas respectés (lit, douche). Dommage car l’endroit est splendide.

Situación excepcional.
Bañera de pvc, nada confortable parece que pisas en falso. Desayuno de poca calidad. Zumo de naranja más agua que zumo, insípido.

O hotel é bom, com ótima vista, mas pode melhorar em alguns aspectos. O café da manhã é apenas razoável. Não há muito isolamento acústico nos quartos, de forma que você houve algum barulho que atrapalha seu sono, caso não levante bem cedo. Também não há cortina na janela do banheiro.

Numa escala de 0 a 5 dou 4 apenas por um senão, estão a precisar de mudar o soalho do chão, muito barulho principalmente nos corredores de acesso aos quartos, assim nos quartos também faz muito barulho. Quanto ao resto, muito bom e com umas vistas da aldeia muito bonita. A repetir...

Você TEM que ficar nesse hotel quando for a Piódão
Localização maravilhosa, a melhor de Piódão, de frente para a aldeia, com excepcional vista de dia e de noite, estacionamento privativo. Ótima estrutura. O atendimento é muito bom. O quarto é excelente, amplo e confortável, com frigobar. O banheiro é grande e a ducha é boa. O wi-fi é um ponto a ser melhorado, achei apenas razoável. E o café da manhã é excelente, com qualidade e variedade.
