The whole building felt dirty. There was an abundance of dead flies littering the floors, and my room had some on the carpeted floor, and even the drawer in the night stand. Courteous and helpful staff. Great location. 10 min walk to main road in Banff. Fireplace in room was nice. The rooms could use a deep clean but they were fine for the outdoor feel it strives for.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The property is adorable and peaceful. Jasper is a quick 30 min away and doesn't even feel long while looking at the beautiful view. We loved how dog friendly it was as well!
