Check in was a breeze. The reception was manned by Pablo who was very courteous and provided tips on where locals hang out for beers and tapas. The corridors of the hotel were a little dark. The bathroom in the room we had was designed for the aged/handicap. Furniture was of dark wood and window curtain was dark red which made the room look dim. Location was good though it was easy to get around Toledo on foot. This is a very compact town. The cathedral is a must see.

Overall a nice hotel with nice and friendly Reception Staff. Hotel rooms are nice and modern and clean. Pleasantly surprise that we were able to check-in early as the room is available as some establishment will insist on the check-in timing. This enables us to drop our bags in the rooms and start exploring the city. A bit of a walk into town but we knew this before we book the room. The walk is nice and scenic. You can take a bus into town if you want to. We enjoyed the walk.

This hotel is in a restored house & exudes a unique charm. The interior decor is a fascinating marriage between Muslim & Christian architectural styles. Interesting!!! It is a reflection of the cultural heritage of Toledo as well. Service is prompt. If you are coming by train, take a cab to the hotel as it is strenuous to carry luggage uphill by yourself. You can take escalator to the old town.

A great place to stay as it is just a short drive away from Mirador del Valle viewpoint. The view of Toledo at dusk was simply breathtaking..we had our dinner at the hotel's restaurant..The cod fish and sirloin steak were very deliciously prepared. The staff at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast had impeccable service. Thr buffet breakfast was of high quality too. We were so pleased to have a room with a balcony that faced the Toledo old city. The room was very clean & comfortable. Within...
