Room was good, but no coffee maker or way to make tea. Not sure how clean it was, as we wound a fake nail on the floor and a burn spot on the toilet seat/lid. Also I was not aware of the resort fee. Should be clearly stated in the room rate.

Staff was fantastic; the rooms and facilities were top notch. Very quiet and peaceful; a great place to chill and relax with your companion. Food and drinks were great; accommodations were well taken care of; the best all inclusive trip we’ve taken.

Had a late night and decided to get a room last minute. Even though I searched for that day is showed me room for that night, Expedia showed me rooms for the next night. I immediately called the hotel who said I had to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia who agreed to move my reservation to that ...
