"For starters Expedia gives you the wrong address for where the hotel is even at, so we showed up to the wrong place. when we got to our room there was no shower curtain the AC was noisy and we had no washing machine when it’s supposed to be included. All of their descriptions are vague and leave out important details. We asked how we use the gym and the staff member said we come back in the morning and they give us a ticket, we come back in the morning and they tell us they don’t do that. The...
