Read the description carefully as they have their units/properties spread out but only a few blocks apart from each other. The building we were in worked out great, it was quiet & the elevator (albeit tiny as with most European hotels) was fast & it helped that there weren’t a lot of guests checked in either so not a lot of waiting for the elevator. There was a bar nearby that had karaoke or something that would get loud Friday & Saturday nights, which makes sense. We were able to sleep through it but just a heads up for the light sleepers. The room wasn’t too small just tight configuration of layout; we didn’t have a closet but didn’t bother us. Our room (406) in particular had a couple of steps up from elevator & two more steps right when you walk into the room. We packed light so no problem for us, but may be something to consider for accessibility needs and/or larger luggage. It was SUPER convenient that the staff communicated in a timely manner ahead of time via WeChat, providing clear instructions on our room details (when it was ready, access code, etc.) & they were responsive every time we needed anything (when room will be cleaned, transportation pickup arrangements, etc.). I picked this location because I saw on the map that it was near the Spanish steps so I could catch the metro (line A), but in Rome, you really do have to walk everywhere so that didn’t really play into convenience.

If room floor between bedroom and kitchen does not have up/down steps, that stay could be perfect. Multiple people from my group tripped. It could be a danger for falling or twisting ankle then ruin your trip. Several motion or sound activated the floor lights was installed around the area, which helps a bit but the light could turn on when you move in the bed unexpectedly, not good for light sleepers too. Hope they fix the ditch and make the floor even and flat. It is a very weird design and made a simple thing more complicated and cause problem.
