"The hotel is a real gem. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on too. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range of options. Pool area was also great. Used this every day. We ate at Kava. Pizzas were excellent! Would 100% stay here again."

He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help.
