Magical Stay

Our stay was magical! Our room had the most amazing view of a lake outlined with snow. We were able to enjoy the view from the bed. The room and hotel were very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast which was a varied, delicious spread of the local cuisine.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palome. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was superb. I had a great nights sleep. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations!

We truly can’t complain—NH Collection was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance. Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day. NH Collection completely turned our trip around, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay!

Maravilhoso!!!!

Hotel maravilhoso!!!! Talvez um dos melhores que eu tenha tido a oportunidade de ficar. Quarto enorme, super moderno, limpo, silencioso e com uma vista maravilhosa para as montanhas e os rios. Instalações do banheiro super modernas, com banheira, roupões. Funcionários do hotel muito atenciosos, em especial o Abidou. Tem estacionamento, mas é muito tranquilo de estacionar o carro na rua. Na frente tem um ponto de ônibus, para quem quiser ir para o centrinho sem carro. Perfeito sem defeitos!!!! Amamos muitos e já quero voltar

Great b'fast. There is just some kind of 'soul' missing in the hotel. It lacks atmosphere. Staff are helpful but a couple of minor issues suggested lack of attention to detail (shower gel container empty, which I found out while in the shower, another time I was naked and about to run a bath when I noticed the plug was missing). Also there is a smell which I have noticed on both trips. I think it's due to poor enforcement of no smoking rules. Bed very comfortable. Ski lockers didn't seem to be heated. Cold wet boots in the morning are no fun.
