"The place is amazing, clean ,quite and safe . The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. For the poeple who would like to go just use the lift to go down to the street (its in the parking ). The only things that struggled me is that they don't have choices of vegetarian food...they are not friendly on this point. "

"The arrival welcome was warm, and the staff in general were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the aircon worked sporadically and broke down completely the night before we checked out and it was too late to have it fixed. Other reviews have covered the difficulties with finding the parking, and they were correct. (Watch the video they send and read their instructions carefully. You end up, believe it or not, a few steps away from the hotel entrance.) I would add that the parking structure is...

"This was a perfect place to stay in this quaint, charming little piece if Europe. Yomo Centric is situated right on the main pedestrian esplanade in the city center of Andorra La Vella. Restaurants, Caldera Spa, shopping of every kind, and a supermarket were all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious and spotless. Closet could use more hangers and the front desk saw to our request for more of those. Terrific buffet breakfast in the morning. "

"Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. Because everything was in a different language, we were not able to use the television. For the amount of money we paid for this room we expected to have the services...

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

Also when you ask for something needed to go a few times to the Reception because nothing arrived on the room. The restaurant was supposedly a one star Michellin, the service and food was not up to par. The parking needs to have more explaining on the terms and conditions. But overall it was nice. "

Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. "Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base. "
