"Location of hotel for visiting U of A is great, but hotel is very average. Lighting in rooms, hallways, and elevators was really dark. Hotel was priced right for this visit but is really overpriced for any major events going on at the university and rooms are only cleaned every other day. "

"Pros: the room was clean and updated and the staff was friendly and helped us check in early. The location is walkable to the University of Arizona. Cons: the neighborhood is sketchy. "

"When I checked in, they told me they overbooked rooms and could not provide a room with 2 queen beds as I reserved through Expedia. They told me to settle with the “3rd party” booking company. Lame. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Not the newest or nicest but definitely good for the price and location. TV only got one channel and the soaps provided were cheap but we were prepared. The area ia not the best part of Tucson, some interesting characters wandering around but no trouble. There is a pool on site, looked clean and nice but did not partake."

"Room smell had to go guy room freshener, no hot water had to shower with cold water, the towel very old and smell musty. Will not stay there again!"
