"Some staff was nice, some was not. We were staying the night of a wedding so relatively crowded but if you’re going to Sedona this is a must stay. Go hike the vortex early morning! "
"We chose this resort for the kitchenette. It came fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a kettle, a coffee maker, a stovetop, a dishwasher, and fridge. This was perfect for our needs. The property is really beautiful and the amenities are great.
The only thing that caught me a little off guard was upon checkin, they charged me a per-day resort fee. I didn't remember seeing a resort fee stated on the booking through hotels.com "
"This hotel is comfortable, charming, and convenient. WE feel very much at home here when we stay in Cottonwood. This is our go-to place -- we would only stay at another hotel if they didn't have any rooms available. My only warning is that you should let them know if you need a room on the bottom floor. The top-flor rooms can only be reached by stairs."
"You can tell this is a newer hotel. Libby is spacious and beautiful, lots of sitting place to relax or hang out. Room was spacious, too. Staff was friendly and offered to help with any dining recommendations. Breakfast was awesome, so many delicious choices each morning."
