"At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM.
AC quit working.
Carpet was soaked by the desk area.
At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff. I went down to the front desk only to find it unmanned. I rang the Ring doorbell at the front desk. No one answered. I then picked up the phone at the front desk. It rang and rang and rang and no one answered then it disconnected me. I went back up to the room, picked up the phone there and tried the front desk. No answer. The next morning someone was at the front desk and I brought up those issues and how I tried and tried to get some help but no one answered the phones. I was told he (the man at the front desk) had told the men three times not to work at night. When I asked for some type of compensation for all this he said since I had a Choice Hotels account he would add between 2000-3000 points to my account. This was on 5/11/2026. Checked my account today and those agreed upon points were never added to my account. Would never stay again."
"The pool isn’t a real thing… like it’s there but who knows the last it worked… the first room we were put in had bed bugs which I didn’t find until 2am getting eaten alive. Went to tell the guy and got switched rooms. That room also had bed bugs so I finally gave up and drove back out of town to at-least get a couple hours of sleep before being a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding. Which the made me so busy I couldn’t even contact them to attempt to not pay for the entire weekend.. but there is a sign that says you can’t get a refund after only FIFTEEN minutes in the room… idk I’m so disappointed I paid $70 a night to get bed bugs and had to sleep on someone’s couch…"
"You can hardly beat this place for the price- great room! Friendly staff! Very clean and the pool was fun and warm with a seating area outside to dry off. Our only complaint was that the wifi was down due to windy conditions. Not sure if that’s common in Oklahoma since wind is so common. But we did have decent phone reception in the area so it all worked out."
"Extremely moldy, musty, nasty hotel would not recommend with anybody with allergies. We’re looking for a good night day. Bed was extremely hard checked out and ended up going to a different hotel."
