Polite friendly & efficient. We arrived super late & they had already checked us in so we could get to our rooms as quickly as possible. Hotel is huge with lots of facilities, room clean & spacious. Highly recommend

Great hotel and breakfast was good. The only thing is there was no option to refill water bottle.

The free shuttle never showed up, despite having called to confirm that the shuttle would be coming again. So we ended up having to get an Uber. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the included breakfast was high-quality.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport and their breakfast is great too. We enjoyed our stay. Will definiteky recommend.

Great for the Airport or XPO
Nice big, clean and modern hotel. Close to the airport Staff were all friendly and helpful Underground paid-for car park was handy Nice big bedroom and decent sized shower too Breakfast choices were limited, that was my only negative!

Great deal near the airport
For the price it is a great hotel. Rooms are relatively small but very comfortable. The facilities are amazing as is the breakfast buffet.

Arrived about 9pm, couldn't find our booking, told us to wait in lobby for up to an hour, No complimentary drink or snacks during waiting time, just had to sit and wait, not fun after a long day. Rooms were very fresh and clean, but to warm, and no ability to lower temperature in room. Twin beds , booked doublebed.

Utbilda er personal i receptionen
Besökare som ej tillhörde konferens kunde inte få lunch. Blev rekommenderad att gå till en bensinmack. Dålig information och otydlighet från receptionen om hotellets funktioner. Blev förvånad att det var på en sådan låg nivå. Annars var det ett fint hotel och bra frukost.
