Here are the problems we had 1. On the listing it said that the hotel staff spoke French and English, Valerie the owner, who we dealt with only spoke French, no English, which was very difficult for us as we have only a little French. 2. A few days before our stay and after the refundable period had ended, we received an email from Valerie that we would either need to bring or own bed linens or pay Euro 38 to the hotel for the use of their linens, this was the first we heard about this. We called the number given in the message numerous times over the following days but no answer. 3. WIfi signal that we were given by Valerie was so weak that it kept dropping out and was useless. 4. When we asked for toilet paper we were told that we would have to purchase toilet paper for the room ourselves, no mention of this on the hotels.com listing. 5. The day before checkout we received a message that we had to clean the room ourselves, no mention of this on the Hotels.com listing. 6. When we checked our at 11am, neither owner Valerie was not present.

La Résidence est magnifique, très spacieuse et de qualité. Cependant la piscine était sale, l'eau totalement trouble et les abords de la piscine non nettoyés. La résidence semblait désertée, nous n'avons jamais vu la propriétaire, elle nous donnait des instructions via Mail uniquement. La Résidence à dû être "ouverte" pour nous à cette saison, donc le strict minimum a été fait. Lors de notre départ, des instructions par mail, aucune réponse à nos questions. Très dommage.

+ Pareltje in de Camargue, ondanks zomerperiode was het er toch rustig en volop plaats aan beide zwembaden. Accommodatie was tiptop in orde, goede bedden, goede airco, ruim huisje. - Ontvangst was nogal raar: kregen eerst mail ivm incheckuur, maar waren al vroeger. Huis werd nog schoon gemaakt, op zich geen probleem, we kregen sleutel al en konden al spullen wegbergen. Gingen even weg voor lunch en verkenning omgeving. Nadien terug op opgegeven 'open receptie-uren' en stonden toen voor gesloten deur... Gelukkig konden we wel al binnen in ons huisje en zagen uiteindelijk de eigenaars 's avonds. Dus wie zoekt naar supergastvrije eigenaars, zal ze hier niet vinden. Rust en met rust gelaten worden is hier meer het sleutelwoord. Dit was voor ons geen probleem. Ook 1 keer gegeten in restaurant. Ondanks knappe steenoven viel het vlees wat tegen (of onze verwachtingen waren te hoog). Service wel heel vriendelijk.

Bel complesso immerso nella natura della Camargue. Molto piacevole la zona piscina, appartamento curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. alcune aree esterne avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. Connessione internet limitata alla zona bar e personale poco presente.

accueil plus que succinct, les extérieurs sont sales (terrasse, table , chaises extérieures recouvertes d'excréments de chauves souris , accès au parking véhicules dans une cour encombrée , serrure de la porte d'accès cassée depuis le début du séjour et non réparée, remonté des égouts devant la terrasse, pourtant des équipements bien pensés existent mais un manque d'entretien général existe

Belle villa jumelée meublée et décorée avec goût. 2 piscines 1 grande et une petite. Endroit calme et sauvage, d'où les chauves souris qui salissent l'extérieur ! Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais des gites donc pas les mêmes services. En conclusion, nous y retournerons !

Accueil et propreté lamentables, cadre splendide !

Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu le sentiment de "déranger". L'accueil a été glacial et très désagréable. La villa de 8 personnes louée présentait un problème électrique sur l'électroménager de la cuisine. On nous a proposé de nous reloger dans une villa pour 6 (sans compensation d'aucune sorte : le prix n'est tout de même pas identique !). La patronne ne comprenait pas où était le problème : considérant qu'une solution de relogement nous était proposée, elle répondait ainsi aux exigences requises pas le site qui nous vendait le séjour...peut importait nos impressions. Nous avons donc refusé l'échange, et une réparation sommaire nous a permis d'utiliser la plaque de cuisson pour le premier dîner, avec l'engagement de réparer le four dès le lendemain...ce qui n'a jamais été fait ! Concernant la propreté : coussins d'assises des chaises de salle à manger incrustés de nourriture, micro-ondes tapissé de projections alimentaires, mégots de cigarettes écrasés sur une terrasse, une grille de barbecue qui semble n' avoir jamais été nettoyée... Si l'accueil n'avait pas été si peu professionnel, peut-être aurions-nous pu considérer ses désagrément comme "mineurs". C'est bien dommage car le cadre n'en demeure pas moins magnifique, et la vue sur les marais et les chevaux au coucher de soleil, nous a procuré de purs moments de bonheur en famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa le Guardian. Nous étions 2 familles de 4. Super literie. Logement très bien équipé. Spacieux comme nous le souhaitions. Extrêmement bien situé, au calme avec une vue magnifique au soleil couchant. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir testé le restaurant de la propriété... A conseiller sans retenu ;-)

L acceil bref. Durant notre court sejour, personne ne s'est inquiete de notre confort.1/2 rouleau de papier toilette pour 2chambres.c est limite. Quant a la reservation, heureusement que j ai appele pour un renseignement l hebergeur, car vous ne les avez pas prevenu de notre arrivee, si bien que notre logement choisi etait deja reserve.

Nous étions 4 (2 adultes + 2 ados) et nous avions loué un mas pour 6 personnes: beaucoup de place, chacun sa chambre et son espace salle de bain + wc . Villa très bien aménagée + terrasse + jardin! 2 piscines sont à disposition des clients dont une très grande et agréable. L'environnement est top = chevaux juste en face le mas donc emplacement super ! Un petit bémol = l'accueil est un peu frileux ... (effort à faire sur ce plan-là) Nous y reviendrons certainement malgré cela :)
