"Not the 4 Seasons but definitely meets expectations and exceeds in other areas. PROS: - Helpful & nice staff members - Clean common areas and hotel room - Shuttle service to airport was easy to schedule the day before departure - Complimentary breakfast including food and coffee was warm - Proximity to the metro and Assembly Square are ideal - Comfortable bed - Decent size room CONS: - Ice machine on my floor was out of service for the duration of my stay - Air conditioning could have been colder - Bathroom exhaust fan was unusually loud while enabled during showers CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE TEAM: - As a planner, it would have been nice to have the opportunity to schedule the airport shuttle 48 hours in advance - Would love to see more produce options in general for breakfast offered"

"Paid twice what was advertised. Paid for free breakfast through the site which was included in the stay. Paid for parking at the hotel not stayed online. Stepped on an earring in my room. Some staff more helpful than others. Breakfast looked amazing but we had to leave to make it back to Dana Farber in time for an appointment which is no where close to this hotel. It is right on top of the highway and noise from planes all night made it less than ideal for rest. Disappointed "

"Small boutique hotel directly off the avenue. Lobby is small , but aesthetically furnished. Front desk staff were very personable except one female, which is why they probably gave her night shift. 😁 She wasn’t terrible, but her disposition didn’t appear very approachable Rioms wwre super small with queen beds Bed was comfortable. Room would have benefited having a fridge or microwave. Hotel did have a microwave in basement as well as I’ve machine, but u had to travel in basement to use. They provide u 2 bottles of free water daily, which also was a plus. Hotel located by 24hr store which was great for snacks . They charge $28 a day for valet parking, but street parking nxt to hotel was easily use and accessible. Overal 7 of 10"

"Small rooms, but clean, new and nice. Great location and building. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my nephew at Tufts next."
