My individual room was fine and comfortable. Neighboring rooms were noisy, and the back entrance seemed less secure.

The sheets had yellow staining Room smelled nasty and the staff knew it did because the fan was on and the window was wide open when we checked in. It was 10•f (-10•c) outside Staff were often snippy and rude. Bad area, lots of sketchy people No safe in the room I can’t begin to explain how nasty this room was. Cannot wait to get home and shower.

At face value i thought it was going to be a good stay but unfortunately it wasn't. There was absolutely no hot water every time i went to shower, the door to our room was broken. So it would snap shut and the refuse to shut all the way without us having to be unbelievably rough with. Which is unfortunate and unsafe.

Check in was fine, bed comfortable. Rooms could use refreshing. Bathroom door was cracked at bottom and there was mold in the shower. Our group had 5 rms altogether and each of us had issues with keys being erased 3 days in a row. First time we got back at 1:00am and couldn’t find anyone to help us get in our rooms. The rooms also had microwaves, TVs, and refrigerators that didn't work. Hot water was low or not there. Infrequently replenished breakfast was late one day and not very appetizing.

No front desk available overnight. We have to wait for more than half an hour for the front desk so that we can check in. No breakfast available until 6:30 am. We just check out still no front desk.Terrible and unsafe place to stay.

This place is good for someone who doesn’t like to spend to much money for hotel, very inconvenient that’s why I like it and a lot of parking space and quit place the only thing that I didn’t like was the smell when we first came inside of our room smells a little bit weird.

Check-in took a while as there system didn't properly show our reservation through expedia. They got it sorted out, but got a different room than we booked. Took about 20 minutes of waiting for them to find our reservation on a different system and get a room for us.

The staff was not the best, I waited for staff to return to the front desk for over 30 minutes for a non working key. Also the front desk didn’t seem to mind the local homeless people helping themselves to breakfast

None of the vending machines worked. All of our rooms were on the second floor and they had no elevator. Housekeeping was not provided automatically. The staff, however, was friendly and proficient.

Listened to all the tweekers outside my window late into the night, then woken up by garbage being dumped at 5:15am, and again at 6:00 am. Walls have zero insulation, toilet wouldn’t flush (sorry maids!)

I stayed here before and it wasn't very pleasant because it was very loud with lots of fighting and arguing and wasn't very clean. But this time around it was very nice more cleaner, more quieter I enjoyed my stay this time around

The cost is worth the service. Food and room cleanliness was good. Twe waited for 20 mins to check in as there were no reception staff. When the staff are there, they are hard at wprk but it seems they are ahort staffed. All in all it was good.

BEWARE, location not accurate, place is a dump
BEWARE! Liar, it's near the outlets in theory; Unsafe looking, reminiscent of a box with no exterior access; Run down, room had damaged furniture and features the looked like they were from a salvage sale. They refused to check us out, no refund either. We left and found Holiday Inn Express near the Premium Outlets

This is the most disgusting property. The room is absolutely filthy. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. I’m not sure they even cleaned the room. There is mold, bugs, the wall paper is peeling off, stains everywhere. It’s absolutely filthy.

Terrible customer services. Not doing cleaning room. No tower change, no shamboo condition for the 2nd day. We pay 2 days room for 2 person. At 2nd day , missing lot. Wont come back again re not satisfied

The staff was lovely. Price was good. Room was clean but in rough shape. One of the bed legs was broken. The small armoire had a broken door that hung wide open. Someone had tried to repair the hinge with a large screw that never went into the wood, but poked dangerously out the other side. No noise, slept well. Missed breakfast because it ended at 9am. That was a disappointment. Convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants.
