"The staff workers were friendly and the pool was a nice touch for something to do. Some aspects seemed a bit outdated, and only one elevator was working the duration of the stay (and it was iffy too) but overall can’t complain about the stay. Things were clean and comfortable. "

"Property stated they had shuttle to globe life field weeks before stay. Checked in and i was told that the shuttle was "under maintenance " its a city shuttle that services hotels in area, so the hotel lies about it. Shuttle says they don't service Hyatt anymore. Pool was also under maintenance and those 2 reasons were main reasons to book and no heads up given until check in. Property couldn't do a refund and general manager was no where to be found and front desk just laughs when asked for...

"I was very happy with our stay. It isn’t a luxury resort, but it was clean and comfortable and a great value. Perfect place to take in a Cowboys game and explore the city. We walked to the game and or only took about a half of an hour, not much further than a lot of the parking lots. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we decide to go to another game. "
