"The breakfast servers Bashkim and Floriberto greeted us every morning with big smiles and excellent service. The buffet was clean and bright. All the food was kept hot or cold; whatever was needed. The front desk clerks were always most helpful and friendly. My husband had a medical emergency on Sunday morning and the front desk associate had perfect recommendations for Newmed walk-in clinic. After his evaluation the MD on duty sent us to St Alexius which is the ER that the Hyatt employee told us to go to. We are pleased by such excellent service. The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is 5star!"

"The stay was okay but this is an extended stay so they expect you to take out your own trash and sign a lengthy document about their rules. The trash dumpster outside was overflowing and trash bags were actually on the ground all the way around it. If you don’t “follow their rules” you are fined. "
