"Os funcionários nos atenderam bem, o que realmente percebemos é uma má administração em relação a demanda de final de ano (alta temporada). Por exemplo, solicitamos a arrumação de nosso quarto pela manhã e ao retornarmos, estava tudo do mesmo jeito, ou seja, nem o lixo do banheiro foi tirado. Minha esposa teve que levar o lixo duas vezes na lixeira. Pagamos quase 3 vezes a mais pelo valor da data escolhida e o serviço prestado não corresponde ao valor pago."
