Hotel was beautiful and staff were very nice. Rooms were very pretty, just not sound proof at all. Woke up quite a bit due to so many sounds outside due to the lack of insulation. Also listened to my neighbor vomit. It is a really great hotel and I imagine that all the pousadas in the area are the same as this. So if you are sensitive to sound I would stay at casa brancas

Excellent and confortable room (although the walls in ours were paper-thin and didn’t provide much sound-proofing), the pool and deck are amazing, with a fantastic view of the bay and sunset, and the breakfast is great. Oh and the staff was super friendly too. This place is perfect for a weekend get-away out of Rio.

The restaurant at the hotel is exceptional. No need to eat at any other restaurants in Buzios. The grass is not greener.

La chambre était très bien. Très belle vue. Mais elle était à côté du restaurant de l’hôtel donc avec du bruit mais jusqu’à 23h00. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais personne ne parle anglais ou espagnol.

Magnifica.

Pousada maravilhosa, com uma vista simplesmente sensacional. A piscina de borda infinita é um dos pontos altos da pousada. Café da manhã magnifico, com muitas opções de doces, salgados, bolos, e toast maravilhosa de salmão, feita na hora. Recepção muito prestativa. Voltaria mil vezes.

Búzios na Abracadabra

Experiência incrível. Quarto que ficamos (quarto 16) bem amplo com um lounge externo com vista para o mar. Cama muito confortável e roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade . Apenas sentimos falta de tomadas extras no quarto, principalmente ao lado da cama. Também seria simpático, pois muitos locais semelhantes o fazem, oferecer garrafas de 1,5l de água gratuitamente . O som dos bares na orla pode ser ouvido no quarto. No nosso caso não tem problema mas para aqueles que gostam de silêncio total, pode atrapalhar o sono . Aí entendemos o porque dos tampões de ouvido ao lado da cama. A piscina é aquecida com borda infinita e vista linda para o mar e cadeia de montanhas . O café da manhã é um espetáculo a parte, sendo servido a lá carte com muitas opções. O chuveiro do banheiro é maravilhoso. Os drinks da piscina são especiais . A pousada fica no alto e para quem precisa mobilidade não é adequada já que o acesso é por escadas . Uma ressalva em relação ao estacionamento que possui somente 7 vagas . Pode-se ir a pé para a rua das pedras , local com várias opções de restaurantes e lojas . A praia de João Fernandes pode ser acessada a pé . Embora no dia que estivemos estava lotada e não ficamos na areia . A piscina do hotel é muito aprazível e sossegada . Atendimento excelente. Super recomendo!!!!

Pousada tem a melhor localização e vistas de búzios! Quartos precisam melhorar o nível das amenities oferecidas e itens como toalhas nas mesas no café da manhã , mesas postas fariam diferença no acolhimento dos hóspedes. O restaurante Místico sempre maravilhoso e o staff é sempre o ponto alto com destaque para Denise da recepção e Bruno além dos rapazes do bar sempre muito solícitos
