"The location is great, directly across the street from the beach, and the hosts were very responsive. They sent a technician twice to address the hot water issue, although it was never fully resolved. This place is not really suitable for five people unless you're comfortable being very cramped. The double sofa bed felt like sleeping on plywood, and the twin bed was simply a mattress on the floor. "The room was very clean, very modern, and had a fantastic view of Copacabana Beach right near Posto 4. Communication was great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows we're very comfortable, and it's probably the best shower I've ever had."
