"The room was very clean, very modern, and had a fantastic view of Copacabana Beach right near Posto 4. Communication was great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows we're very comfortable, and it's probably the best shower I've ever had."

"The hotel is the best choice in Volta Redonda! The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, the breakfast and lunch are amazingly plentiful and healthy (I may have gained a couple of pounds there) the hotel features a rooftop pool, steam room and gym. Parking is free and everything is walkable. "

"Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out. And even though it says it could sleep 6 its only...
