"Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again. "

"The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado"

"Fantastic staff and service, friendly and attentive most of the time. During busy times, such as the New Year, it can be a bit slow, but this is to be expected due to high demand and the hotel being 100% occupied. The bathrooms need attention. Otherwise, excellent."

"I love the Hilton Copacabana. The best views of Copacabana from my room window. Very clean hotel, very kind and courteous staff. Special shout out to my room attendant Valtbir he was so nice to my family and I and gave us great tips to be safe in Rio..The breakfast buffet was the absolute best! A variety of Fresh fruits and the older man that works at the omelette station was always so nice to me. Thanks to the entire staff of Hilton Copacabana you made our vacation absolutely special.. I would definitely go back to Hilton Copacabana."
