"Our stay here was superb! We had not really understood ahead of time what all was included if we upgraded to Gold Level, but it was SO worth it! We had a private check in area, which also included an exclusive breakfast and happy hour area and access to the infinity pool. You have an incredible view of the top of the Copacabana beach from the infinity pool. The absolute highlight of our stay was the welcome, ongoing assistance, overall helpfulness and kindness from Lucas Pereira (knowing we wanted to include his name in the reviews, once we found out there were several Lucas's who worked there we asked if we could have his last name or initial). We had such a fabulous stay! I would 100% recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel, staff are very polite, rooftop pool and bar are great. The club sandwich is very nice. The breakfast was great too - eggs, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt and granola. We managed to check in early too which was great. We just booked Ubers to the sightseeing spots as it was a lot cheaper than the hotel tours. Highly recommend the hotel"

"We loved our stay at the Miramar by Windsor Copacabana. The staff was incredible—attentive, helpful, and always with the best attitude. Something we really appreciated is that they don’t try to charge extra for every little request, like many other hotels do. Needed adapters? They lent them to us with no problem. A kettle to heat up water? Also provided at no extra cost. Honestly, what hotel still does that today? 😌✨ The facilities are modern, very clean, and the location right in front of Copacabana is perfect. And the breakfast… amazing: plenty of options for every taste, everything fresh and delicious. 🥐🍉☕ In short: service 10/10, exceptional attention, and details that truly make a difference.
