They sent a technician twice to address the hot water issue, although it was never fully resolved. This place is not really suitable for five people unless you're comfortable being very cramped. The double sofa bed felt like sleeping on plywood, and the twin bed was simply a mattress on the floor. "Staff was great and very helpful,, we were on floor 12 and elevator was off for 2 day prior our check out, we needed to used another elevator on the 10th floor when we left with the luggage. Kitchen is toooo small. Great location "
