"Fabulous hotel with absolutely wonderful staff. Guest relations are brilliant at helping with taxi reservations, horse riding bookings to recommending places to eat in the 2 two towns a 15 mins away by taxi either side of the hotel. "Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse ..."
